Hello good afternoon, I have an Opel Astra 1.6 of 16V. One day I left it parked in the garage and the next day I took it out of the garage and had no strength and in addition to 3000 rpm it would not go up, I changed the flexible escape that was broken and the car is still not going well. Does anyone know what this problem could be since it doesn't mark any faults? Could it be that the distribution strap has skipped any tooth?
Thank you.

It is not a distribution strap since it did not start.

If the engine does not happen to you of 3000 rpm it is because it is in "degraded zone" or what is the same, limited by the existence of some anomaly in motor electronics.

Although fault light does not appear, there is some code memorized in the switchboard (sporadic failure).

Try to disconnect the car battery and leave it all night. The next day, you connect it again, and although it will have to schedule the radio and the windows, it is possible that the car will work again as before.

If the ruling is not persistent, when the battery disconnect, "the switchboard" has been reset and therefore the failures of breakdowns have been erased. The bad thing is that that way we do not know what the fault code was and we do not know if it will appear again.

All the best.

As advice I would tell you that you will re -apprehend the Danper's Sentral bolt when they are not with the right torque, they delay the ignition and the car has no strength, it is necessary to accelerate it to about three thousand so that it gets a little, squeeze and test.
