Obviously your alternator is not loading, you must take it out and verify if they are your coal or west plate.

First Czech coals, regulatory plate and diodes plaque if everything is ok then it is enfobinated but if it is the GA15 buy the alternator is cheap, if the enbobinado is bad

Friend it seems to me that when you tested the alternator it was not connected to the battery, so that they have to be induced with a cable that takes you current by giving contact to the key
