Problem Xara Picasso 1.6 HDI Electro EGR Valve published by Manual-Mecanica
Good to all, I have a problem not very common and a long story to tell you to give you details to see if we find the problem:

How did everything start:

Warning: Spoiler!

as repaired:

Warning: Spoiler!

The car already walks and is going well but we have a problem with the topic of the turbo:

The turbo had lost the axis clamping screw, so we realized and we asked for a new one to Seville, it has been placed and for the moment the turbo itself is going well, the probma we have in the electronic valve that of the EGR membrane, it opens and sucks the void of the turbo as soon as I start, and the order of the tubes I think it is the right

The connections are:
Code:
empty- connected to the constant empty branch out- connected to the ATM turbo activator- connected to the small encapsulated sponge filter
what is wrong or what can the problem be?
The electro membrane regulatory valve is new and is the same as the one it had. So I would like to know which or what can be the problems, if it is the failure in the connection of the tubes or is it an electrical problem such as a possible relief?

Look if it is the EGR, the best thing you can do is eliminate it so you can try if it is the real culprit, it is done a lot is nothing from the other world, put a closed packaging where the packaging that joins with the body is and test as it is behaved to rule out whether it is the valve itself or electric part.

I do not understand what the problem is,
-Does the constant turbo membrane empty when the engine starts, or on the contrary is that the vacuum escapes and the membrane is not activated?
-If the vacuum is lost when the EGR solenoid valve is activated, you can have the EGR membrane perforated or the electrovalvula tube to the EGR.
-At the engine starts the solenoid valve that manages the void of the turbo has to open, so that the vacuum activates the geometry of the turbo to the maximum pressure position, so that it has to slow down the turbo empty.
-He also fit the possibility of having the connectors of the changed electrvalvers, the EGR connected to the turbo and vice versa valve, since the solenoid valves are the same and if they are together it can occur.
I hope it helps you.

Explain more, the car has no strength or when it reaches a certain revolutions it is emerged

All my thanks to your comments tomorrow I will look at the Lord Council:
Code:
-He also fit the possibility of having the connectors of the changed electrvalvers, the EGR connected to the turbo and vice versa valve, since the solenoid valves are the same and if they are together it can occur.

On the other hand the part of the questions you have asked me:

The valve makes empty constant, but the passage to the out is still that constant emptiness too, the tubes do not lose air, the turbo is activated in full, but does not regulate with the acceleration, and on the other hand if it accelerated it in a slope, it falls apart and has no strength, we go that the car is (Amariconao) as it is said in my land (without encouraging offending the gays)

I will tell you with what I try tomorrow, meanwhile any small data or idea that you give me thank you, tomorrow I will put it on the computer, and have what the dialisis tells me and I will check the connectors to have and I will also look at the dialisis of the injectors since there is one that seems that it is a bit dirty and although I put the cleaner
