After changing the battery, problems began

1) The handbrake light always remains on, I have reviewed the liquid level and I have okay the switch and this OK.
2) The light of the ABS always lit, I must clean and check in the 4 wheels the sensors and slots of the discs.
3) The address is tough of moments, I have reviewed the level of the liquid and it is fine, I must check the pump strap.
My question is because with the old battery none of these indicators jumped in all the time that is hard?
