management lights do not work

Hello, I need your help ... I have a mitsubishi montero short of 92 with problems in the direction lights. Use a 3 -legged relay for the direction and for the hazard (emergency), the hazard works well, but when using the direction lights from the telecomando the relay only sounds but the lights do not blink, I noticed that the fronts are lit (only the front) but do not flash.

I do not know the car diagram but it could be that the hazard key or beacons are not working well their contacts or burned rear lamps

The hazard works well, all the lights are lit so I discard them, as well as a bad contact.
The strange thing is that the telecoming (left or right) operates the relay (flash) but quickly (such as when some lights have been cast, but they are fine).
I'm going to disassemble the telecomando and if I'm not going to see if I find the original hazard key.
