Problems with Chrysler Town and Country 2003

my name is Guillermo, I am new in the community, and I have serious problems with the Chrysler Town and Country of the year 2003. What happens is that when I insert the key to light the vehicle, turn on all the lights, except those of: the benzine pump, cruise speed, oil pump and there is no spark. They say it is an electrical problem, but I prefer to see what you think about this. My car is stopped 7 or 8 months ago and I can't do it.
