Nissan presents in the 64th edition of the Hanover Hall, in Germany, the next 100% electric vehicle in Nissan, second of the four electrical models promised for 2016: the Nissan E-NV200.
The E-NV200, of Spanish manufacture, combines the best elements of the Nissan Leaf, the first EV-sold massively worldwide and the NV200, winner of the title of the van of the year (International Van of the Year) in 2010.
The E-NV200 is currently in the testing phase by independent companies that successfully use it in a daily basis, the E-NV200 will offer exactly the same load capacity as the conventional NV200 but its propulsion system inherited from the Nissan Leaf propuls includes the Quick Charging Fast Coat Technology that recharges its battery up to 80% in just 30 minutes.
In addition, two other concepts showing the possibilities of the future of batteries fed vehicles are presented at the Nissan stand.
The first is the E-NT400 Cabstar Concept that uses the same EV technology of the Nissan Leaf to create a large-sized zero emissions van capable of entering into veble areas to the conventional motor LCV.
The second, is a vehicle whose electric motor is fed by lithium ion batteries of the e-refrigerator, which are used to refrigerate the vehicle compartments by reducing CO2 emissions and fuel consumption by assuming a task that normally performs the diesel engine.
On the other hand in the stand, the NV200 choice is celebrated as a "Taxorow" of New York. Designed to be safe, practical and comfortable, the first NV200 taxis fleet will be in the streets of the Big Apple towards the end of 2013.
The NV200 taxi is also ready to take London. The model has received a series of notable modifications to ensure its compliance with the strict regulations "Hackney Carriage" and is currently in homologation phase. It is expected that the first sales of the NV200 taxi begin in London in early 2013.
The stand will host units of all current light commercial vehicles. The sample will feature all vehicles manufactured in series, such as NV200 and NV400 in Van and Combi settings and factory transformations into a refrigerated transport vehicle and dump. They will also exhibit a combi cousin, a seal with a lifting platform and an Athleon box truck.
