unsolved problems published by Manual-Mecanica
B) B) Hello, I have a problem that I still cannot solve, the case is, I have a 1991 engine 1000cc 4 cylinders online, the problem is the following
when it accelerated sharply it tends to stop but does not stop

compression
pressure and gives me from 180 to 183Psi in total by cylinder (without leaks)
I check ignition spark and the spark is blue The new and regulated platinums at 0.45mm and new condenser The distributor lid has approximately 5,000 km
check the spark plug wires and there are also OK
the ignition order this OK 1-3-4-2 according to its compression
the angle dwell gives me 86 but the data that I have is that it should be 52 +-2 degrees
new and regulated spark plugs at
0.80mm oscillatory from 850 to 980rpm which is rare since there is no stability
I have been as a case by reviewing the carburetor, believing that the dosage is too rich, but when it reduces it it tends to stop (as if it drown)
and when you increase it it is worse
who can know what the most can be, I do not possess gas analyzer but time I want to take it does not give it more than 40km/hr (until you find a specific solution) since if I move the fuel or acceleration regulator worsens or if someone who possesses the complete manual if they can facilitate it
or how to change the distributor for an electronic one if possible and how much would be the approximate cost here in Chile.B) B)
As last is with the maintenance of the day
but just when it must take it to the technical revision for my bad luck, it is also a work tool for that reason.B) B) B) : Woohoo:

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: unsolved problems
Hello musculorots. Well detailed your problem, practically everything is reviewed. Tell me one thing: how are you air filter, coal in the exhaust and valve calibration? Any of those failures gives you those symptoms. Luck.
Miguel

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: unsolved problems
Look at the air filter, benzine and oil all new, but when you remove the air filter and leave it directly it tends to stop so install it again.

Previously (before the fault) in the mornings I appeared to me water due to the exhaust (no water vapor) but now only expels fuel smell slightly at the beginning to heat but without visual appearance, only smell as if I were not burning well (I think that is why the vibrations) but being at normal working

temperature I find it hard to do even if I have the closed acceleration butterfly

in the case of the valves I just checked them and they are also ok at 0.15 cold engine (admission and escape according to the data I have)

today check the distributor (disassembled) in case it has a game for the bushings but you feel the minimum of approximate game 0.01mm to a maximum of 0.02 but

what I was also thinking about it is also Change it completely) but at this point I do not know what to think

I have been as the most accurate with the data at the time but I still cannot solve it, more than anything is to check well before buying randomly in case they need data but I guide me more for the electricity area (spark) for the failure.

It is appreciated if you can help me

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: unsolved problems
I already solved the problem after quite a while and headaches: SIDE:
one afternoon while checking the vehicle with a friend realized that on the side of the coil I was a resistance: P and it is illuminated with too much: Dry: (which was not noticeable during the day: Whistle: ), when checking it this and verifying the resistance it was damaged increasing thus 1.6 ohms to 8 ohms impoverishing the spark by increasing the rpm: Woohoo: and that was just the fault.
Although the vehicle was taken to other mechanics with more direct experience than me but they were never close to the fault but that they only blamed the carburetor: Angry: : S (being that it only had more than 5500km and totally clean) (it also took it to carburetors: Silly: and they told me that it had no problem on the contrary was in perfect conditions: Laugh: )
there are times that one finds the fault without wanting to ignition system (for example this that the symptoms were identical to those of the condenser but it was only a simple and cheap resistance.
: Laugh: : Laugh: : Laugh: : P : P : P ;) ;) ;) : blush:

Congratulations musculoroots I have experience in electricity and electronic and I approached to try to help you but when I am reading I think it is late but good that you resolved the problem greetings from Queretaro Mexico.
