Hello. The 4 cable oxygen sensor has 2 that are the sensor heater and 2 signal.
You have to put a digital multimeter on 2V scale in the signal pins and you have to oscillate the tension between 0.1 and 1V or 1.2V. I do not know exactly that sensor but in general they are all similar.

Indeed with a multitester Cheka the values which do not know of that type but you can download it on the web what I can tell you is that they must have a fixed value or as an example 1.3 .. If the value goes up and down as crazy in the tester it means that this bad is

Sony33. This is not what you said.
The voltage should range between 0.1 and 1v or a little more on some models. Oscillates at a rate of 7 times per second among those values. When it is defective, it is generally fixed in some value.

These vehicles are Japanese here in Peru that Nissan Ad Station Wagon Motor QG 18 of A {ño 2004 have arrived the fault code says that it is 4 cable oxygen sensor I want to know exactly if it is sensor and/or it is cable lines ...... and the two signal should have the same voltage ....... I will appreciate it.
