Oil carter disassembly of a 1.9 JTD Fiat published by manual-mecanica
Hello very wenas, I want to remove the carter from a fiat styl 1.9 jtd 115 hp to put new paste and I see k has two screws on the side of the change and I have the intuition that the gearbox will have to be removed although it seems a bit weird, see if you can give me a hand thanks thanks

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Oil Carter Disassembly of a 1.9 JTD Fiat
It is not really necessary if you have the tools. For those screws, a t40 t40 torx tips that allow you to disassemble the carter without removing the change. As for what you say about the loss of the carter, it surprises me. The jtd carter is stuck with a polymer that even after removing all the tonillos costs two c **** is to release it and say it from experience. These engines give more oil losses problems due to the cranks of the crankshaft or the balance of the rocker lid than by the carter. Just make sure before removing the carter at all.

Greetings.
