I can't get off manual

Good morning friends from the forum, I have tried to lower the Ford Escort 98 manual in Spanish on several occasions and apparently my computer lowers it but wanting it to open it cannot and points out that it is an unknown file, I hope that one of you can tell me that another way I can lower it or if you have it if it is possible that you send it to me, I send it a greeting to everyone and I hope someone can help me, good day
