Trail Blazer 2006 consumes oil but does not smoke

Hello everyone! My Trail Blazer 2006 Vortec Motor consumes almost a liter of oil per thousand km tours, but does not smoke by the exhaust, the engine has 190mil km. When I take the lid where the oil is poured, smoke comes out, the mechanic is the compression. Is there any other way to correct it that it is not so expensive? What do they suggest? Note: The engine has no failure.

Hello, the trailblazer has a hose in the multiple of admission which is covered, it has to be stripped, this hose performs the work of PCV, therefore when the gases are covered they are released by the lonter cover with some oil, that is why the consumption of oil and the smoke in the aberry cover.
