Excessive oil consumption

Hello friends, my car consumes 500cc oil every 2000km. The car consumes that amount from 0km, buy it in 2012 and Citroen Argentina says it is normal and they do not want to repair or change the unit.
It is a Citroen C3 Picasso Motor 1.6 16V gasoline.
In 10000km spends more than 3400cc, so I do not reach the oil change. It currently has 23000km and continues to consume the same.
Please I need to know if it is normal as Citroen says of Argentina. Thank you, Marc

The engines are new or connecting should not consume any oil.

In Spain if an engine consumes oil, in the ITV (annual review) in the gas test it is marked and the vehicle cannot circulate.

You can try to send a complaint to Citroen, not to the concessionaire that you are going to the central and surely they fix it or force your concessionaire to fix it for not staining the brand.

you will really realize where the oil comsumo is and you have bases.
