Information from a 2003 Autodata:
Crankshaft bearings:
Phase 1 - 30 Nm
Phase 2 - 57 +/- 3 Nm
Cierow head bearings:
(Replace screws)
Phase 1 - 20 Nm
Phase 2 - 35 Nm
Cold:
(Replace screws)
Stage 1 - Tighten 30 Nm
Stage 2 - Tighten 90º
Stage 3 - Loosen separately 360º

Stage 4
