Mitsubishi Lancer 2002 Electroventilers Published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello Messrs, experts in the car park, happy New Year for all users, I need an aid, I tell you, I have a automatic 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer 2004, I am using it for four years, now that with respect to the electrventilors it worked directly how much I put the keys on the ON before the ignition and at the time they were kept on at maximum speed, until a ventilator of the air conditioning was short Recalar the engine, now check a 50amp fuse, which had been opened, ok replaced it, when I went to work it could not turn on the air conditioning, because nothing else was working the radiator fan, replaced the cables of the fan a/a, and a new module, and normal ok, when I turn on the car does not turn me on, only when it reaches the temperature indicated already low speed. The two fans at low speed, now the problem happens that when I have the air lit or not, and I go up the coolant temperature is uploaded to almost close to overheating, and when I check it is that the fans are at low speed, and normally they should be at maximum speed and this does not meet, check the relays and they are fine, I need a solution.

Hi Wmleonc, what you don't say if you have checked the fan engine, it can be "half burned" would have to know the cause of short circuit ... Compare the resistance of one and the other. The module I suppose it will be the same. Check the radiator thermocontact (if I carry), I think that before the breakdown, it was not normal for you to function no more to put the ignition in cold and that has been able to do. Greetings!!

Hello, Ismael 53, the fans engines connect them directly to the battery and both turn at maximum speed, now which is the thermocontact with the radiator? Is it the temperature sensor of the refrigerant? And the cause of the short circuit was that the air conditioning fan cable were shrinking due to the heat of the engine, the problem is when I go up the fans rotate few and the temperature of the refrigerant rises sharply until it almost reaches the reheating temperature

Hi Wmleonc, the Refigurant Temperature Sensor, in this car fulfills the functions of a thermocontact, will be close to the radiator entrance, its function comes to inform the ECU of the temperature values, so that it is sent signal to the fans module and these are accessed according to the needs. The sensor would have to ensure, since according to models, some ride it in the cylinder head and others on radiator. Greetings!!
