Water in Oil 4 of Thunderbird 94 4.6L Published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello, yesterday the engine of my car Thunderbird 94 of 4.6l failed. In the review I noticed that there is water in the oil (it is brown with milk).
I have searched the car manual in Ford's manuals and I didn't find it.
Could you help me find the engine repair manual and give me an idea of what happens to the car?
I think it can be a water leak in a head packaging, but there may be other causes of water infiltrate to the engine, could they guide me?
Thank you so much.
That 2014 is a magnificent year for all !!!
Greetings

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Oil in Oil 4 Tugerbird 94 4.6L
Hello everyone, Cadavieco:) , for the diagnosis of those cars I use the TIS (Technical Information System) of Ford, this system covers most of the Ford USA cars, you can download it from the torrentz is in English, I have not seen that manual in Spanish by the website. With respect to your car, I like them a lot, that V8 is benerable, most likely the problem is a head packaging leak, I also recommend checking the water stamps of the cylinder covers, there may be some corroid, and mix oil with engine coolant. I wish you the best for you and your people in 2014.Saludos:) .

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Oil in Oil 4 Tugerbird 94 4.6L
The greatest probability is that it is one of the cylinder head packaging that failed due to a possible reheating or torque defect and allowing the water paus to the oil. The inconvenience is that to know which of the 2 is the bad. In this case it is better to change the 2 at once for cost effects, since if the one that is not changes, the motor of the motor will be contaminated when he turns it on again.

Hello:

the most common is that the head of the head is damaged, and the most advisable thing is to change the two packages.

It also leads to the heads and asks that you give them a complete service, which must consist: brushing the surface to remove headache, valve cleaning (review of guides and seats) and change the valve stamps.

Note: Use good quality packaging.;)
