Silentblock Hyunday Matrix

Hello, good to all.
I have a Hyunday Matrix and I would like to change the silentblock in the car, since in the ITV they told me and the workshop want to charge me about € 120 plus VAT, I do not understand much but I like to make the things to my car or at least port it or inform myself of the subject, since the silentblock are rubber that does not have to use a lot and ask if they are very complicated to put or make some use.
