how to disassemble the splash from a Ford Escort

I have a 94 Ford Escort, it works well for me but the problem I have, is that I had 2 Twiter speakers in the loose dashboard and one of them the one on the right I welcomed my cables inside the dashboard and I wanted to take them out with new cables, the question is. How can I know where the speakers' cables come to put them new with clemas and if you have to remove the dashboard or not remove it? Answer as fast as possible because I want to do it before going to the car.
