PEUGUOT BOARK 306

Hello, I am new in the forum, I do not know if this is the right way to ask a question, but I have a problem with some n numbers that appear on the car's board.
When I contact it, on the board, in the part where it is the digital kilometer, 9700 appeared and then 9600 and 9500 and a tool (I think it is what is used to remove the nuts), and then when I go, the kilometers appear.
Before when I put it in contact, lines appeared only.
