Owner and workshop dink 50

Good to all!
First of all I introduce me to all of you.
My name is Raul and I'm from Barcelona.

They just gave me a Kymco Dink 50 LC and the girl who gives it to me does not have the Moto Owner Manual, to know the inspections that it has happened, nor does it have to pass them. In addition to this, the motorcycle has been stopped for 7 months and would have to take it to the workshop to change battery, filters if it has them, fluids (gasoline, refrigerant and oil) and some bearing of the boot lever that is a gripped pelin.
As I do not see if the motorcycle started, I would like if someone could facilitate any workshop manual to be able to touch the motorcycle, since I also do not want to spend a paston on repairing it.
