Fox 1.9 SDI Motor ASY

Nestito workshop Motor ASY 1.9 SDI, here in Argentina they put it in my Fox 2008 in Factory.
I understand that it is the same as Seat but I don't know what a model and how to look for it. That is why I go to you to please tell me if someone has it.
My car has 45000km. And it makes a noise in the distribution, in cold a tic is heard, ICT, I thought it was the automatic tensioner that it possesses, regulates it and left, but after 2 or 3 days I started again.
As there are two more rollers at play together with the distribution strap and it is not a matter of changing to change with the high current prices I do not know how to continue.
