If you have them in PDF you can compress them with Winzip and so you can send them

Look I have a problem I have many manuals but physical paper and ink I know that to digitize them I have to scan them I have an HP2200C scanner I do not know how to transform the images to PDF format. Or if you know about any software to help me, I would appreciate it to share with all my manuals.

Greetings, I would like to be able to help other forists regarding the manuals, since I have several, but I do not understand how to send them.
The problem is as follows:
almost all manuals are in PDF, and as they can know the page asks me for a file to send, but these manuals are divided as in 20 different folders and you are in turn in many more subfolders and if successively.
My question is simple, as these types of manuals send them; folder folder or is there another way to send them all as a folder?: Angry:

In a zip, for example?
