Hydraulic bumps. Ford Falcon Ranchera Mod 78

Hello, how do I have a Mod 78 Ford Ranchera, and I have a minimum pounding, I have regulated valves changed spark plug oil and filter. But what would you know if this model has hydraulic dumps? And how do I regulate them? or how do I realize the valve that fails? Is there any method to identify the coup? How do I take the bumps, sorry but I'm new in this thanks
