It seems to me that by this denomination the engine is a rugerinni diesel 290. As Lombardini does not sound to me. Keep in mind that Rugerinni was acquired by Lombardini and then both by Kolher and some parts of the engine have the Lombardini logo. I attached one in English in case it serves you.
