Greetings Agatta, when you turn off the vehicle, the rpm needle falls to zero or remains the same at 2500, if it remains the same or not on the vehicle this indicates that the servomotor was locked or damaged, currently most of the vehicles the "analog" indicators are controlled by the ECU through servomotors' most times said component is replaced.

From the servo in question, most times said component is replaced.

Hi Wolfi77.
If the engine goes out the needle falls to zero.
With the key in contact, but the engine off, the needle is zero.
I barely start the engine to 2500 and only leaves 2500 if the engine is turned off.
I slightly hit the board to see if the needle left that position, but is still stuck in 2500.
Should we verify the RPM sensor? Where is it physically located?
I appreciate your answer and recommendation, as if someone brings me the morning in Spanish.
Luck.!!

Greetings Hgpatta, a sensor as such of RPM does not exist, it bases its synchronization calculations using the CKP and the CMP, if some of them did not fail or there would be power problems and firecrackers, based on those sensors the ECU sends an RPM signal in some vehicles to the board (such as the Corsa) in others directly controls the position of the RPM needle What link did you download the manual to see if I can help you in your problem?
