Help with Grand Voyager Plymouth 96, 4cil. Posted by manual-mecanica
Hello, I am new in the world of cars and I do not know that it will happen to my truck, it is a voyeager Plymouth 96, 4 cylinders, engine 2.4, it turns out that the engine has a noise as a pounding or "taca-taca" and my mechanic and my mechanic changed the 16 divers or apr. Of cams, is this noise normal, and my question is that, is it normal? Willn't a serious problem be hiding? If someone can help me, I will thank you very much.

No noise is normal in a vehicle, because if it were normal then they would bring this noise from factory, now the noise is a bit complicated to treat in the forums because a taca taca pari can be a troc Troc for us and that changes everything, now this noise decreases as the day elapses, or is it always the same? The other consideration is that if your vehicle brings distribution chain and not mail could confuse this noise, the best is a second opinion of another mechanic, that would be my advice. Hojo do not tell him anything just replenish if they ask you, do not mention the change of the rockers.

Thank you for your opinion, and in relation to it, I tell you that if it decreases a bit throughout the day, I also put the restore and decrease a little more, but that light pounding in the engine is still sounding, and I do not know if it has a distribution chain, but the same mechanic said that they could be the vielas supports or something like that, I really do not understand engines, but I think this said. But you are right, the best will be to look for a second opinion of another mechanic. Thanks for the help.
