Depending on the noise that is bearing or something, if you can't check the tensioner to see what happens.

Hello,
the Nissan R51 has 26,000 km, I don't think they are hydraulic tensioner. And this noise also impacts the escapes, Cusndo accelerates sounds more noise.
The noise is like a Sumbid or when there are pressures of pressure Sumba.
