BMW 320D and power loss

Hello everyone I have a BMW 320D of 136 hp of the year 2000 and I have problems of power loss, the turbo is new and I notice that it does not shoot as soon as before, before I noticed it at 2000 rpm approx. And now at 2500 rpm it helps, after changing the turbo sometimes I have micro losses of 1 sec between 2000 and 2500 rpm porfaaaaaaaaaaaa
