Problems with a Renault DCI published by Manual-Mecanica
I have a Renault Clio 1.5 dci that at 110000kms by faults "of Factory" is broken the pipe that connects the fuel filter to the pressure pump of pressure and from there the big problem.
I change the food hose and I started, but I do not pass anything, nothing:( and as I do not have Scanner, take it to a consent where they sent me by change: Angry: or did not attend me and took it to a mechanical center where they repaired it and they told me that I had the 4 bad injectors (as it is of the Common Rail type at the time that air enters the high pressure system, they burn these) Chile were too expensive and shods:( the mount and schedule them and separate the pressure lift pump. He walked the engine, but not quite well the damn smoked more than Chinese smoking opio jajajajajaa and I don't get anything (less than 1000 km).
Now clean the injectors again and install and start the engine. The problem is that it costs more than a little starts, but emp finishing part instantly and with the sheet no.
Test with the tester the starting capacity of the battery (it has a new battery, CCA 600a) and at the time of starting the voltage low to 10.4 to 10.7 V and the engine does not work .... here is the story. When the battery with starting rises to 11 V and more the engine starts and works.
What should be? Will injectors or an electrical problem be?

I hope they replenish me as soon as I am more or less distressed since I also have a motito and I approached the raw winter of Chile:(

Look at the falling battery when we start more or less normal, but it may be activated with the heater, for more than normal time I do not go correctly, you should change it but for one of greater amperage, I think that is all your problem, or do you do a simple test, in the morning in the first start before giving it heating the spark plugs by hand that is to say with a cable from the battery Pure start normal the battery is your problem.

Hello, how are I, I had and of so many evidence I always reached the conclusion that they were the injectors so it led them to repair and told me the reparator that brings the pipes and the derivative ramp because they are very sensitive when manipulating them, that is one, the other is if you checked the turbo in these engines are dischargeable. The preheating spark plugs in this injection system are used, only in case of extreme climates under 0, I hope it serves you.
