Honda Civic 2009 hydraulic system

Hello friends, I am desperate, I am desperate, I have in my workshop a Honda Civic 2009 the owner took it for oil leaks in the hydraulic zipper, they were changed as 3 zippers until the third I remain without any leak, but the helm was hard and when turning it is hard then we change the hydraulic pump and there are 4 pumps and it is still hard that as the car is new. In Honduras there are only second spare parts for that car, the owner wants to ask the United States to the pieces because it is a car brought from there is auction but this unreason Thanks in advance. :(
