can someone get into what kind of oil is it better for a Peugeot 307 year 2003?

It already has more than 150,000 kilometers.

I could put 5W30 synthetic?

They are being but what is recommended by the manufacturer is a 10W40, or if it has a lot of tour you can supply it to 15 as Jal says never reach 20W, this only if it is very very very very neseous.
