Laguna I Climatizer Problem

when the air conditioner is working and I stop during heat hours, it no longer starts again.
I have proven the trifunction prisoner and does not give the clutch signal of the compressor. I think the HP signal cuts. But from there, I don't know where I can keep looking for the failure.
At the A1 entrance of the prisoner connector, 12V arrives.
