Passat 2.0 Turbo Synchronization

How about friends, the last Saturday install a distribution band of a Passat Mod. 2000 2.0 Turbo engine, I put the crankshaft with its brand hursing me with the piston in PMS, also the camshaft put it marked with a brand. That engine brings an intermediate gear that does not bring any brand then because I just put the band and already, there the first doubt is born. Does anyone have the engine diagram?
Then we put everything well and the fact is that when the engine is running as if it were not well synchronized or as if the valves were flamed. Does anyone know if the valves are enchueded when the distribution band is broken? I hope you can help me. thank you.

If the valves twist but if you disassembled the cylinder head, why did you change the band short? Or was it just maintenance, another doubt this pasture brings a distributor or Biene with independent coil?
