Hello, with respect to your question, it may be that brake servo is not working as appropriate. The way to try this is to start the car with the tight brake pedal, if when it starts, the pedal goes down and gets soft, it means that it works well. Otherwise the problem is the servo. This can be repaired, it is not necessary to put it new.
