NEON 95

Hello amateur and professional friends I raise my situation. I hope you can help me I have a neon95 2.0 sohc that repairs the engine completely rectify crankshaft and monoblok change metal set of metals rings Water and oil pumps Time band guides Valves stamps and well all new but when starting it I stay with noise as if it were diesel engine remove the apron cover and I realized that the acite does not rise. There is no lubrication in Valvuas' body but on the dashboard no oil precion failure.

In an ocation I had such a problem and I turn, crazy what I had was the defective oil filter, just remove the filter and give small pickets to see if you have a pressure

First you must check oil pressure with oil pressure gauge (63 psi) If there is pressure on the gauge you must verify the head joint is installed correctly since there is a vein of lubrication that goes up to the motor head and second, you must remove your camshaft and check that the veins are not covered and also one of the most common problems are the defective filters.

Another common problem is that cylinder head is not equally the same or this bad set and is obstructing the partial oil duct or totally becoming not checking.

In an ocation I passed with a Chevy2007 taxi you change head packaging guides and valves and poprsterior filter were repaired made the fault that I spend it. And it works luck
