Spark plugs for Nissan Quest published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello everyone, sometimes I post answers but I ask you to advise me in this occasion, it is the following: I have a Nissan Quest 96 I always do the tuning and always I put normal spark plugs (the ones you use are the same ones that the tsuru carries) Well I never given problems but I have been curious to prove you another type of spark plugs: To see if the truck has higher performance. You can advise me that spark plugs recommend me, some that can give me better fuel and durability consumption since those that I always change them every 5,000 kilometers or flatly put the same, thanks beforehand for your time ...

Ok. Kikeme, I will consider your advice and those that put a notice of the results, I tell you that a friend has a tsuru 93 and says that since it puts a platinum to notice more even more and it seems that it consumes less, but well you are right you have to try and wait results, we continue in contact Bay ..

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Spark plugs for Nissan Quest
Hi Davfrank, thanks for your time, I did not know that the original spark plugs for the Nissan Quest were those of Platinum I always avia you of the normal (and cheaper) but you always learn something new. In fact I had been thinking of putting it on this ocacion of platinum and with what you tell me because the idea is reinforced. Now with respect to the time band, it was changed about 4 months since the water pump was first decomposed and incidentally I decided to change the time band, and very in time since the original did it and I was already about to break which would have brought me huge problems to the engine (and to the pocket). That is why I always recommend doing the services every time the owner's manual specifies it and not every time the vehicle breaks down, but well I already extended and it is not my intention to bore them, I thank you and when I change them I inform you how my troka feels.
