Exhaust collector Esparrago problem published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello foros,

First of all introduce myself, I am new to the forum and I have a VESPA PK 125 XL.

My problem is that my motillo has broken a spreads of the exhaust collector and I don't know if I can change it or I have to change the entire collector.

In case it serves something I put the image of the whole piece.

The move is that it has broken a piece where the nut fits, but there is no way to come out.

Could you help me?

Thank you!!!

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Problem with Escape Collector Esparrago
Hoa Lorchi Vienvented to the forum and we expect to help you, look ideally is to get it from where it is, the first thing is the first if you can take your feet to work in a better screw, well if you can take it on a bank and put a caiman and try to turn it if it is very hard and not sole, you can weld it a bolt cab. You can take it to a welder to take it out and now, if the piece does not come out, take the entire motorcycle to a welder or wear a welder to the motorcycle, not anything complicated or dl another world, now you say that you are thread and that the nut screws, if it is so you can put it as it is just assured that it presses and now. Good luck and comment.

Hi Kikemec:
If as you say you can take the nut, the solution is to look or cut a half in half to thread the two in the Esparrago and do a hiring if you get it leaves safe.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Problem with Escape Collector Esparrago
Hi Kikemec and Cesarpo,

the truth is that I see it a little chungo since I have no welder ...

and the two nuts, which I think if they fit, as it would be, Av: UNSURE: r if I have understood it well, I put one, kla screw up to the bottom and pogo the other (just like the first, and screw it up until it touches the other.

And now I squeeze the 2 at the same time?

Thank you very much to both of you, I'll tell you ...

Look what Cesarpo says in some cases works in some cases the problem of the exhaust bolts is that as they heat up a lot they tend to devile, and it can happen that it is cut inside where it will be more difficult to take it out, the spark You see if it comes out as I tell you can go or cut inside.
