TPS Peugeot 406 HDI Mod 2000 sensor published by Manual-Mecanica
I have a problem with this Second Tour Phase Incoherent Signal, it may be that the cable that shares with the MAF affects the mass reference and send a bad signal to the ECU ?????
Thanks in advance for your help !!!!

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: TPS Peugeot 406 HDI Mod 2000 Sensor
The VDD does not believe that the cable is the one that is interfering because it is only the signal so there is or not and what if it can be varying is that the sensor is out of its original ranges (exactly what discomforts it presents?)
Good if it does not change it but it is better if you precise me what is the real problem to help you better hehe Jeje SALU2

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: TPS Peugeot 406 HDI Mod 2000 Sensor
I clustered the scanner KTS 550 and it gives me that the sensor is out of the second runway, I check the TPS with the scanner and the work frequency is stable, I did the same with the tester with the same result. I have to see the signal directly in the wiring in the ECU. Accelerate sharply, after 2800 rpm with the KTS connected in real time, it does not have tension peaks in the signal in oscilloscope. What opinion do you have about this? Thank you!

Look if everything is ok with the TP, it can be a signal incopatibility between the flow or MAP and the TP, but Hojo remembers that the TP has three travel tracks and one can be chopped one, it is best to test with an analogo tester, the range is better seen, and it should not have jumps either to risk or down, or as you say you with an oscilloscope, sometimes it is only the problem. I spend a Ford and the problem was the air filter and no sensor unlike what I said if scanner (SPC max)

Finally I could solve the problem, after reviewing the TPS with analog tester, measuring first resistance after tension, there were no leaps in the measurements by Olo that I concluded that the TPS and its tracks are in perfect condition. I installed the scanner KTS 550 of Bosch again gave me the code of "Second phase of TPS out of rank", after reviewing the line I reinforced the mass of the TPS and code disappeared, I tried to simulate the situation and presented the fault or loaded the code again. Doubt: "False contact with the PIN?" or "By giving additional mass the ECU took best reading of the TPS ????". I'm baffled !!!!!!!!
