BMW F650Gs

I have a BMW F650Gs year 2007, my problem is that it occasionally costs it a lot to start, sometimes first and others until a noise of the gasoline pump located under the seat is heard. What can be?
The same thing happens on the board when the temperature light blinks and when it does not blink.
