Climate fan does not work

It is a Citroen C4 Gran Picasso and not done any air. The fan does not rotate although the air conditioning works, because in the rear seats if air comes out. It is in the front where it does not come out and tarnish everything.
Does it have a fan for the rear area?
Tomorrow I remove the climate filter in case it is obstructed, but the fan does not sound.
The fuses are fine.
Does anyone have the workshop manual to see how to release the dashboard?
