motor stuck

Hello, it turns out that I have the motor of the car stuck, for stopping it for a while. How can this breakdown be solved without disassembly? What I am doing now is that I have removed the spark plugs and I threw 6 in 1 in the holes of these, I will wait a few days to have if the engine is released. And if this does not go well, do you know another solution without disassembling the engine?
