Problems with the Hyunday Accent 98 box

Greetings to all. I have problems with the Hyundai Accent 98 box. I repaired it completely six months ago and does not make the changes. Only third when the electrical connection is removed. The scanner indicated short in the Selenoids A and B. The cables were checked and some cuts were found. The cables were fixed but the problem follows. What do they suggest?
