Hello friend, I have a car similar to yours, only what model 2003, but the motor train is identical. From what you say you have not reviewed the constant speed arrows (homocetic) it is very common that if there is already wear, a phenomenon of "disassembly" occurs that is only notorious at low speed or in turns of the direction during the march, as the speed increases this noise is reduced because the internal components are synchronized at a much higher speed.
Another probable cause is that the chassis of your car is "open" in the front, as data, verifies that the distance between the centers of the screws of the lower forks (control arms, not the rods that link to the front part) be 695mm, if it exceeds this measurement it is likely that your lateral arrows do not make enough contact and this causes you that noise.
