Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Piston 1 and 3
Did you take the compression to the cylinders?
Did you check if there is spark in the spark plugs and if the signal reaches the injectors?
If you did all this, you changed spark plugs and tried coils can be valve problem that is with problems in the cylinder head

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Piston 1 and 3
Hello haros? He did some work to the cylinder head; (I rectify valve seats? I agree with JONI07, the first is mechanical elements of the engine if there is a good compression ...+-125-140PSI or more continue with ignition system ... (the coil and integral module when they fail to cancel all the cylinders) then if it is fine verify the circuits of the injectors verify signal in the injectors with a injector test lamp. Verify injectors ... but it is unusual for two at the same time ... Of course I make the clarification that it is a Chevrolet vehicle it is better to use the diagnostic strategy and follow your steps you find in the service manual ...

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Piston 1 and 3
As the companions say, you must check the compression of the cylinders, if it is very low or null you will have two opsions or rings or valves, to know which of these two factors are a simple test, put some oil in the combustion camera and measures the compression again if it increases considerably it is rings problems, if it remains the same then it is a problem of valve It is tested to regulate before. luck
