The car radiator was changed, apparently the handles would be obstructed .. The selector makes the change from cold to hot but passes a little hot air that only reaches the front glass to enter a bit
... You can give me some indication ..

I touch the hoses and it seems that they were with oxide inside ..

Additives I do not recommend, since if the dirt or oxide comes out, the radiator ducts can be clogged. I recommend that you carefully clean the spaces between the cells, so that the highest possible air flow passes. This is achieved by drawing the heating radiator. You can also "wash it", to try to remove any impurity within it.
I also recommend that you check the state of the selector that opens the passage of hot water, is a kind of valve with an input and an output, which is geneally connected to one of the piolas. If it was in poor condition, change it.
Remember that when the radiator spaces are clogged with dirt, the air flow generated by the turbine does not completely pass by making the air not hot. (It's like a kind of hair dryer to put it so).
Good luck and I hope it serves you

If there are products to clean radiators, but I recommend you first since you indicate that the hoses are with oxide to change them and verify if the radiator the heating is not clogged.

Dear.

I have heard quite a few comments about the heating radiator ... I look in the vehicle but I can't find anything like a radiator apart from the one used for the engine .. My car has 2 hose that ingers to the car's cabin of the car is most likely that it has a unit between the conduit and the car cap ??? I would thank you if EM indicates a little more specific where to search ..

The heating radiator is generally inside the vehicle cabin, behind the front panel, inside the fan set.
You must remove the front panel and meet the piolas and the fan set.
Inside him you will find the turbine and heating radiator.

It's something like that. (Accent diesel year 2006)
I took it as a reference to tell you how to get to him ...
In fact, what you say is very correct. The 2 hoses that enter the cabin are heating.

Good luck .. I hope this is served you ...
You tell me if you found it. And remember the radiator you find it following the hoses.
