Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Ranger Black Smoke and Little Power
The Czech oxygen sensor is very expensive if it has one or two if it is of a cable or four, usually if you have two one is near the exhaust multiple and the other after the catalytical comverter if it is so clean both, now if it is of a cable, get a multimeter and check the voltage a sensor in good condition of oscillating .300 to .900 mv. If the sensor is stuck in a reading, it is failing but if there is change, it is fine, now if it is four cables one of them handles a current and two handle the last one is a signal which is mentioned before, if all this is very check the MAF sensor that is usually found in the air pipeline before the acceleration body, sometimes they are impreciated some dust also clean it with carbucle. The damage, if you connect your sensor but you do not install it you can blow and you will see how there is any change in the RPM or it may then turn off this indicates that your sensor is fine. Check it and tell us what step
