How to measure the box from the box posted by manual-mecanica

I have problems with a noise from the automatic box when starting and by decelerating is a 2008 Caliber, how can I do to measure the oil from the box since it does not have a rod to measure it?

You must have an Allen key plug down the side, if you are the Aeite level, it will drip a little if you do not, it is because it is missing.

This has a level plug, take it out and see if it drains if it does it is fine at level, you must check the state of the oil and the filter too.
