Opel Zafira does not measure the temperature

I have an Opel Zafira Motor 2.0 DTI with October 2000 and 20dth motor code that does not mark the engine temperature, the clock needle does not rise or low enough, can it be that the temperature sensor does not work or that the clock has broken? And anyway, do anyone know where the temperature sensor is?

The Safira has the same engine as the Corsa Evolution, so the temperature sensor must be mounted on the cylinder head, it has only one cable, and it would be to be distributed by that sector but in the butt where the injection ramp is
