Hello friends yesterday after leaving class I heard a weird noise in my car, the most curious thing is that I was off it sounded like a fan but I checked and nBo was that when I turned it out, the noise was stronger and when I turn it out the noise continues, what can it be?

Note If I disconnect the battery the noise is removed ...
