Well many people say that neither the air nor the heating when in reality what happens is that the inner fan does not go and having no air movement there is nothing. Can this be your case?

Review the internal fan fuse first, the problem is there, then check the fan, it may need maintenance and finally the resistance could be bad, which if it is electronics it may be burned.
